All residents will still have full access to all our amenities and all resident events, fitness classes and any other perks. To qualify for a Discounted Rent home, you must be an essential worker in Milton Keynes. We require proof of this e.g. NHS card. Affordability criteria and maximum household income caps apply. Please contact us for full details of the eligibility criteria.

This stunning 2-bedroom apartment gives you the perfect blend of style, practicality, and spacious living. Every detail has been carefully considered, from fully fitted kitchens to clever hidden storage spaces. Each home features floor-to-ceiling windows for plenty of natural light and a balcony/garden to connect you to the outdoors.
Our community is designed for connection with co-working spaces, private pods for meetings, and high-speed internet throughout your home. Unwind in our stylish resident lounges, which can be reserved for private movie nights with friends, or enjoy our exclusive rooms for private dining, gatherings, or even karaoke. Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

nice looking apartments with nice furniture. However is very loud from events put on by Kampus. Apartments are very very hot too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never actually solved any issues that I have raised

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The fact that you can hear constant noise from the Kampus bars and events. Management are not interested in complaints

    Manager's response

Hi Will, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’ve found certain aspects of living at Minshull House challenging. While Kampus is a lively and sociable neighbourhood by design, we understand that noise and temperature are experienced differently by everyone. We always try to strike a balance between creating a vibrant community and ensuring residents feel comfortable in their homes. In your case, we’ve worked closely with you to find a resolution — including offering an alternative apartment, which we’re glad you’ve accepted. We feel this is a fair and practical solution that reflects our commitment to supporting residents where we can. We appreciate that Kampus won’t be the right fit for everyone, but we’re proud to say the vast majority of our residents enjoy the atmosphere and events that make the community unique. If there’s anything further we can do to help with your transition, just let us know. Kind regards, Harriet

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing location next to Canon Hill Park, Aldi, cricket stadium and Puregym opening soon. Easy to get into the centre of Birmingham or further afield.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded and resolved issues quickly. Very happy with the building management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the heating system is inadequate for the apartments, and as a result the electricity bills are much higher than anticipated

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

we're in a very greatly positioned area , close to moseley village and next door to the best park ever

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have always helped with knowing things and parcels and if I report any cleansing issues they get on it right away

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not really. Although we had been told from day one about cricket games the parking is a bit of an issue but as I said we had been informed

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like living in my local area. Aldi is just across the road of Corkfield, which means I do not need a car to do my grocery shopping. MAC is also just a 5-minute walk away, that also means I can get my art and cultural things in the vicinity without having to travel to the city centre. Public transport to the city centre is quite convenient as there are a few buses available. Even when taking a cab, the fare is quite reasonable. I work at the University of Birmingham. When I do not want to take a bus, a walk of 40 minutes max will take me to the campus. It is particularly refreshing when walking in the nice summer weather with my own music on playing to my eyes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responsive. Once I have a semi-urgent problem to solve, they managed to solve it within one day, which I really appreciate.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I cannot think of any. However, I am very glad that a fitness centre will be opened next month at Corkfield, which is truly am excellent addition to this wonderful apartment estate.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

it's near to supermarket. and there are not many tall buildings and especially it has cannon hill park in 5 minutes by walk. So I can enjoy the natural and fresh environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

staffs are staying on gound level of this building everytime. and they have a app for responding resident's help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing to talk about. We were told about everything.
