The balance of the non-refundable buyer fee must then be made by the successful bidder to Cooper Green Pooks within three hours of the end of the auction. Someone from Cooper Green Pooks office will call you to take a card payment over the phone. Failure to make this payment will result in the sale being cancelled and the successful bidder forfeiting the £5,000. The buyer fee is in addition to the purchase price.
