Lemonford Depot is located close to Bickington and is between Newton Abbot and Ashburton. The site is adjacent to the A383 and is close to Goodstone Cross which gives access to and from Plymouth via the A38 Expressway. Access to and from Exeter is via the A38 at Drumbridges.

The Site
The site is secluded from the main road by trees. The site is surfaced and also benefits from a metal palisade fence around the perimeter to provide a secure site.
The site measures 0.39ha (0.97acres)
There is a single storey store building on the site that measures approximately 58sqm. There are no services connected to the building.

Use
The site was originally acquired by Devon County Council as part of a highway improvement scheme for the A383 and has been used as a materials store/highways depot for many years.

There are no mains services connected to the site. Water and electricity are understood to be close to the site boundary and interested parties will need to make their own enquiries.
