Description

LUXURY THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT!

the Property:

A stylish and modern three bedroom apartment on the 9th floor of the exceptional Legacy tower. This apartment boasts a private terrace, large living & dining area, fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, under floor heating, three sizable bedrooms, master en-suite and a pristine spa-like bathroom.

The location:

With stunning dual aspect views of both the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Westfield’s Stratford City, residents benefit from 24 hour concierge service and a residents' gymnasium. Stratford Central is just a few minutes away from Westfield Stratford and Stratford station providing access to rail, DLR and Underground services for commutes across the Capital.

Owners Comments:

We have absolutely loved living in Legacy Tower and are really sad to see it go, but now we've welcomed a new baby we have made the difficult decision to leave it behind to move closer to family.

The flat itself is a pleasure to spend time in - we are bathed in natural light throughout the whole day, and the big glass windows make it feel really airy and luxurious. The double-height ceilings also make the flat feel really spacious and the wrap-around balcony is perfect for entertaining in the summer months. When the weather gets warm the outdoor space comes into its own and we spend most mornings on the balcony enjoying the views with a coffee before our day starts properly.

We love the location - we are a stone's throw from the station so travelling into London is an absolute breeze (particularly given how many lines there are at Stratford!). Westfield is also round the corner, so all the shops and restaurants you could possibly need are right on your doorstep. It's also really close to the Olympic park with loads of lovely coffee shops and eateries which is perfect for a lazy Sunday morning bike ride. The block also has bicycle storage so you don't have to have your bike messing up the flat!

The block itself is also really lovely. There's a great gym which is never too busy and has loads of great equipment. The concierge team are so friendly and it's handy to have someone who can take in parcels, give people access to keys and just generally answer queries about the block and the area. There's also a residents WhatsApp group which is really welcoming and helpful (people are always sharing ideas, and offering bits and bobs that they no longer need for free!).
