4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This location is only a 4 minute walk to Harrow and Wealdstone which is ideal for travel. Taking the line to Euston would bring you to the city in under 30 minutes while the Bakerloo takes about 40-an hour depending on where you are going. I think travel wise it’s great to have these options as well as buses that leave towards Wembley and Brent cross. There are plenty of shops on the high street including some great Korean food. There isn’t too much parking but if you park about 15 minutes away you can find some free options. The streets nearby do have some trash on the ground but overall this is a nice area to live in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond rather quickly to any issues I raised. I haven’t had to many but I have no complaints.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew that the room has no AC and only floor heating. The temperature of my room is slightly unstable during peak seasons but I managed.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The building is super close to a station that gets me into central London/to work quickly, and there are green areas and local businesses nearby that are clean and welcoming. Approx 20 minutes walk away are more shops and entrainment places which sometimes feel a little far away, but in the grand scheme of things, with buses too, they're close!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They've answered them quickly and with great communication
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The Circuit washing machine app is a lifesaver to see which machines are free, to know if it's worth going up with what I want to wash or wait til a machine is free

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in the Harrow & Wealdstone area has been a pleasant experience overall. There’s a decent mix of local shops, cafés, and takeaway spots nearby, and the walk to Harrow on the Hill offers more variety with independent restaurants, boutiques, and green spaces. Transport is very convenient - the Overground and Bakerloo line from Harrow & Wealdstone Station (just 4 minutes away) makes commuting into Central London quick and reliable. Buses are frequent too. The street itself is relatively quiet with good lighting and safe surroundings. Bin collections are regular and I’ve experienced no issues with anti-social behaviour. Parking might be limited if you own a car, but for renters without one, it’s a non-issue.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
has been consistently responsive, professional, and quick to resolve any issues I've raised from maintenance requests to event support. They genuinely listen and follow through.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I’d known before moving in is how active and social the community really is it’s a great vibe, but if you prefer complete quiet all the time, it’s worth knowing there’s a steady rhythm of events and friendly interactions. Also, the co-working space is popular, so grab your favourite spot early if you work remotely. A small tip: explore the local area beyond the high street there are hidden gems like independent cafés and walking trails that don’t show up on first viewings

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is a good transport connection, especially getting the train which is just 2mins away from the building, and it has shops, restaurants and bars that is very close by the building.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded very swiftly to any concerns that I have raised in the past
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wished I had known this place earlier before the time I moved in.
