We have a number of houses all at BS16 1TT. The Glenside Campus is a mere 5-minute walk from us, while the Frenchay campus is approximately 15 minutes away by bus.


We do individual tenancy contracts. The rooms are from now to 20 July, 2026. We also have other properties available for the next academic year starting from 21 Aug 2026 to 20 July 2027.


The prices of the rooms are as follows:

Small room - £525 per month 

Medium room - £565 per month 

Large room - £610 per month

Extra large room - £650 per month 


All bills included.

All of our houses are fully furnished and come with all bills included, except for the TV license.


Our typical houses have 5 bedrooms (fully furnished) and the communal spaces include 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining, kitchen and garden. We have 6 and 7 bedroom houses also for larger groups.
