Description

This 4 bedroom detached family home will suit any growing family, looking to move into a safe, gated development. There is also no forward chain attached to this property.

The property offers plenty of room for all the family and the property feels fresh, modern and crisp, which can be felt as soon as you step over the threshold. The current owners have decorated the home with neutral, calming colours and a touch of colour which compliments the build of the house.
All the rooms are good comfortable sizes and the kitchen/diner could become the hub of the home and a perfect area in which to entertain friends and family in when they come to visit.
As the balcony is accessible from the lounge, this offers a good opportunity to sit down and relax with your favourite beverage in the summer months whilst the sun sets.

Aylesford train station is within walking distance. This connects at Strood with the fast service into St. Pancras and the M20/26 motorways are also closeby.

The property is being sold with no forward chain.

THE OWNER QUOTE

We have loved living here with our growing family, being the only owners of this property, it was not an easy decision to sell.  We were new to the area when we moved in and have never regretted it, our children joined the local village school which is in walking distance and there is a real sense of community, watching them make friends here and ourselves settling into a new town, we are left with fond memories, it is a very safe environment and being able to walk to local pubs and restaurants as well as having a train station in walking distance you get the best of both rural and city living on your doorstep.

Property Sold Properly.

The difference between ordinary and extraordinary? It's that little bit extra.

At TAUK, we believe it's the small details that make the biggest difference. A little more time understanding your home and what makes it special. A little more thought behind the marketing, so it reaches the right buyers. A little more care in negotiations, ensuring you don't just sell, but sell well.

It's the combination of all these extra little bits that delivers extraordinary outcomes.
