    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The location is fantastic! The distance from train stations, local shops, northern quarter and Arndale is short and everything you need is easily accessible. There are loads of parking alternatives around the area if you don’t manage to get a parking spot in the building.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Building management is always quick to respond and apologetic if not. Issues are always fixed well and with care. The Daren from the maintenance team is always friendly and helpful with any issues.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    - The cinema room and dining room come at a cost to book. - The lifts are also frequently broken. - You can’t change your utilities supplier. - One good thing is that on the app people here are always selling furniture, cookware and more!

    Angel Gardens has possibly one of the best locations in Manchester, it’s about 5mins walk from Arndale and right on the edge of the Northern Quarter however it still feels out of the way of the city centre.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management respond very quickly to any problems or issues you raise with them on the app.

    Fantastic location brilliant staff especially Ralph, Kwam, James and Samson. All have been exceptional when it comes to customer service
