The property is located just a couple of minutes’ walk to Chirivel where all basic amenities can be found such as:  schools, banks, medical centre, supermarkets, pharmacy, communal pool, etc. The market town of Velez-Rubio is only a 15 minute drive where all the bigger supermarkets, shops, bank etc. can be found. The beaches can be found within 45-60 minutes.
The sliding gate leads to a parking area laid with gravel where the garage / storage room is. From a covered terrace with lovely arches, mosquito nets and with a built in bbq, the front door leads into the kitchen area. The terrace is a lovely area where you can relax or can eat all year long. The fully equipped kitchen is an open plan with the dining area and the spacious living room and with a pellet burner. On the right hand side in the living room there is a double bedroom. From the living room a door leads to a hallway. On the left there is a bathroom with shower which is appropriate for disabled. In the corner of the plot there is an area with a dog kennel for keeping animals. At the rear of property there is the oil deposit for the central heating.
