What The Seller Says - We bought our house in 2012. I grew up in Baffins and knew it was a great place to live, so I was keen to find a home in the area.
After viewing the house on a rainy January day, we absolutely fell in love with it for one reason… space. It was the most spacious house we had seen, and we knew it would make a great home.

Since moving in, we’ve invested in a new kitchen and bathroom, and we’ve decorated from top to bottom. We’ve installed two new roofs, replaced windows (even adding some triple glazing), and fitted new front and back doors. We turned an empty house into a warm and welcoming home, perfect for hosting friends and family.

Life moves on and we’re ready for the next chapter, moving to a new dream home in a new location, where we can make a whole new set of memories together.
We’ve no doubt that whoever lives here next will have as much fun as we have had, over the last 13 years.
