Location
Broadgate is an attractive road connecting Beeston town centre with Nottingham University's West Entrance. Listed Building and TPO
The property is Grade II Listed by virtue of the occupation by Edward Joseph Lowe who was a renowned astronomer, botanist and founder member of the Royal Meteorological Society. The house was built in the 1940s. In the 1850s is was adapted to include an observatory and a rotating cupola roof above where the current entrance to the building is.

The site has a number of Group Tree Preservation orders and single TPO that can be seen on the TPO Plan included in the sales pack.
