The Coval Workspace offers 9 serviced office units ranging from
86ft2 (8m2) to 183ft2 (17m2) which are tailored for SME's with 2 to 4 employees. All units are furnished with desks and office chairs, with access to break out areas and kitchen.

* The building is accessible from 07:30 -19.30hrs, Monday to Friday.
* 5 hours of meeting room use will be included every month.
* Onsite business support is also available at the Centre through

CO-WORKING SPACES:
There are 24 co-working spaces providing a collaborative and vibrant environment for all users of the Centre with access to our business support advisers on site. Regular events within the workspace like coffee mornings and insight sharing activities such as 'lunch and learns' will be available to join.

* Co-working services will be accessible on a membership basis with monthly and annual subscriptions being made available.
* 5 hours of meeting room hire will be included in the monthly payments.
* Flexible pay as you monthly co-working from £80 + VAT pcm, with yearly subscription at £65 + VAT pcm.

MEETING ROOM HIRE:
There are 2 meeting rooms available for hire.
