The house is located in the center of the village where all daily amenities can be found such as: supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacy, etc. The large town of Albox and Olula del Rio are about 10 minutes away where the larger shops and supermarkets are. The great beaches of Almeria are within 30-35 minutes.
The front door leads to the spacious entrance hall from where the stairs lead to the first floor and a door leading to the dining - living room. To the right of the dining room there is the bathroom with shower and to the left there is a spacious bedroom. From the dining room an opening leads to another hallway with a bedroom on the left and the fully fitted kitchen on the right with a separate storage room which also has a door to the terrace. From the hall a patio door leads to the lovely patio and large garden with great views over the surrounding area. In the garden there is a storage room with water and electricity connected and there is a built-in BBQ. The garden is very large and there are many possibilities to create the garden as you wish. Back in the entrance hall, the marble staircase leads to the first floor. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms to the left of the hall, and to the right of the hall a dining-living room with patio door to a large terrace. To the left of the dining room there is a bedroom and to the right a hallway with the bathroom and a furnished kitchen. From this hall there is also access to the terrace from where there are open views over the surrounding area. The third floor consists of 1 large room that can be used as a bedroom or more living space.
This village house is unique because the house has a large garden. Of course, the house also has many bedrooms, 2 kitchens, so that the second floor can easily be rented out. All amenities are within walking distance.
