The flat heats up quickly in the winter, and has sunshine coming through the bedroom windows in the summer mornings. The garden also becomes a wonderful sun trap from 10am all through the day, perfect for a flowering garden, and making coffee in the kitchen with the door open. The station takes me 15 minutes to walk to, where I either head straight to Victoria or 2 stops to Balham and jump on the northern line. This cosy home with its high ceilings will be dearly missed, as I have to relocate for work.
If you choose this to be your future home, please water the lavender in the front garden, it looks really pretty in the summer.”
