Additionally, an open-plan hunting lodge with two ensuite bedrooms and a pool overlooking a watering hole offers uninterrupted vistas of the surrounding terrain. Another cottage is presently under renovation. A registered abattoir, inclusive of all necessary equipment and working facilities, is tailored for hunting enthusiasts. Together with this, is a fully-equipped tannery.

The farm exemplifies typical Karoo topography and vegetation, enclosed with CAE game fencing and additional internal fences. Each camp is well equipped with ample watering points powered by windmills and solar, ensuring a sustainable and reliable water supply for game and livestock. 25ha of water rights are registered. Presently 2ha are under Permaset and 10ha are gravity irrigated.   

The Meltonwold river meanders through the property for about 10km, flowing into the large 34ha Paley dam. Among the diverse game species thriving here are sable, eland, hartebeest, wildebeest, impala, springbok, gemsbok, kudu, bontebok, zebra, rhebok and fallow deer, many of which come in colour variants. For birding enthusiasts, over 200 bird species have been identified. The land is also well-suited for commercial livestock farming.

The purchase includes all lodge furniture and fittings, contents of the hunting lodge, as well as the equipment in the abattoir and tannery.

The game, machinery, vehicles and other movable assets can be negotiated separately and an inventory is available upon request.
