Description
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman
Only one has sold in Church Row in the last four years years, which perfectly captures what a rare buying opportunity this is. It is at a lovely end of the village with the Dysart Arms and Church providing delightful buildings and facilities on the doorstep, whilst those who enjoy walking can either enjoy walks through fields, along the nearby canal or into the village centre. The latter offers two inviting coffee shops, a convenient Co-op store, super childrens playground and a popular primary school.
This semi-detached home, steeped in family history, is now available for the first time in its history on the open market. The property enjoys a superb location with a fantastic open view to the front, showcasing the picturesque St Bonface Church, one of the most beautiful buildings of its kind in this part of Cheshire.
With a total internal area including the garage and workshop of 1305 square feet, it boasts flexible and well-proportioned accommodation with significant potential for further development. The ground floor opens into a spacious entrance hall, providing access to a sitting room, a separate dining room, and a breakfast kitchen. The dining room offers a lovely view of the front garden, while the living room overlooks the private rear garden. The breakfast kitchen is a good size for a house of this type and leads to a rear porch, a boiler room, and a convenient cloakroom.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. Two of these are large doubles, and the third is also a very generous size. The main bedroom at the front provides a particularly appealing view of the church. The family bathroom is also of a good size.
Outside, the property includes a garage and a workshop, along with ample off-road parking. The gardens at both the front and rear are a generous size, providing a wonderful space for outdoor enjoyment.
What makes this property truly special is not just what it is today but what it could become. With a solid foundation and a plot that lends itself to further development and extension, subject to the necessary planning permissions, this home offers an exciting canvas for creating a long tern family home. Offered to the market with no ongoing chain, this property represents a rare buying opportunity and is a special home that we believe will attract significant market attention.
