The Orchard is in Sheepham, a small, peaceful hamlet situated amidst open countryside, yet less than a mile from Modbury, a charming and quaint market town in the heart of the South Hams. Modbury offers a traditional weekly market, an array of independent shops, artisanal bakeries, cafés, and a selection of pubs, as well as a health centre, dentist, optician and vets.
