    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Very convenient location near train station, good selections of shops in Croydon, BoxPark is two mins away for food and entertainment. There is reasonably priced underground parking available in the next development which we can use and also daily parking space by east croydon. Obviously living near a train station and BoxPark will have an element of loud noise to it but it’s very reasonable and totally acceptable for the convenience of the location. Some people complain about the noise of the wind, I guess if that bothers you should avoid a high rise. Bin store is in the building and there is less anti social behaviour here than in other parts of Croydon. It feels safe to use the station and walk home alone even late at night - it’s well lit and always busy and there is always someone on or near the reception desk.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes they respond very quickly to any issues and are very helpful with parcels and in general, just very welcoming. We did have teething problems in the first year after opening but everything is now settled and runs very smoothly in my experience. I had issues with some noise in the ceiling and also a window leak but David and the team worked really hard to sort it out as quickly as possible. There is an app to report issues and they are picked up very quickly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    It will be noisy with windows open, so do bear that in mind - lower levels more so than upper ones. Gets quite windy at times. There is no induction hob - it’s ceramic - good to know before hand. There is a fob system for the lifts and entry so it feels safe but parcels are delivered to parcel lockers and not allowed up to the flats, good for security and safety of residents.

    Transportation is the most convenient thing and there are quality shops to get food. Very convenient

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Daniel who works in the reception, is one of the best in assisting us with any issues

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish i would have known how hard it is to maintain the place because of the tiles especially the bathroom

    Being right next to box park gives a really good range of restaurants and entertainment. There is also a Tesco and Sainsbury’s near by which is really convenient for food shops. The station is a two minute walk away also really good.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Tionne in the inbox is always speedy with her respond and ensures that all my problems are felt with. The people at the desk are also amazing always so friendly and welcoming.

    Would like to have more community events and activities.

    I am extremely grateful to Arnold and Daniel for going out of his way to assist me with my Check in and putting my mind at ease, when I was overwhelmed with my move into The Blossoms. I would also like to Thank Michael, Maya and Tionne for their assistance during ny stay, they were all approachable and are valuable members of staff at The Blossoms.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have been really responsive especially Barry and Chris from the maintenance team. The front desk have alsways been supportive as wel.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I would have loved if there was parking on site, they do offer loading bay for 20 minutes but I feel that’s not enough time to off load.

    Everything you need is just a short walk away from supermarkets to restaurants to stuff to do outside. Train station is short walk away

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The facility hire process was seamless and efficient. The professional support I received ensured a stress-free experience, making the organisation of my event remarkably straightforward.

    You do not hear the trains when windows are closed that was a worry of mine but have not had a single issue even with some of the older trains pass by late at night
