We have loved living in our home for the last 5 years. It's in such a lovely location on a quiet no through road with a view of greenery on the other side. We have parking for 2 cars directly outside the house plus plenty of parking further up the road. We love the wonderful south facing garden which is such a sun trap and plenty of space for the kids to play in.
At the end of the garden we have a garden room which is a great size and brilliant multi use space. Previously we used it as an office but we have recently added a toilet/sink so we currently use this room for grandparents to sleep in when they come to stay which works brilliantly for us.
For us the house is the perfect mix of period character features with modern living - I will miss the wonderful pantry, wine fridge and hot water tap.
We will be sad to leave and hope whoever moves here are as happy here as we have been.
