Kelvedon offers most facilities a family could need, ranging from a great school, parks and library, to a range of shops, cafes, health services, and fabulous pubs. As we are in the heart of the village we feel very much a part of village life. It feels a real privilege to be able to walk to all of these fabulous services from our front door.

The main draw for us when we moved here was the access to London whilst being surrounded by the Essex countryside. The easy walk to the train station from our house makes the journey so easy. The train line is reliable and fast.

Our house was built to sympathetically fit the design of the many historic homes on the High Street so we feel we have the best of both words - a pretty home with none of the trade offs that often come with an older property. The super fast and reliable broadband to the property enables working from home when required.

The house is cool in summer and so cosy in the winter months. (I absolutely love the underfloor heating.)
