Freehold.
The freehold is owned by Station Court (Haddenham) Management Company Limited which is registered with Companies House and includes the buildings (the block of four flats and garages) and land (gardens and tarmac parking area) within the land registry title.

There are four flat owners. Each flat owner is a Director of Station Court (Haddenham) Management Company Limited with One Share of £10 which is 25% of the share capital. One of the Director`s also acts as the Company Secretary.
