Established in 1987 by Duncan Yeardley, we have a strong track record of helping homeowners, landlords, buyers and tenants in the Ascot and Bracknell areas. Owner Nick Thring took over the business in 2012. Never standing still, we soon expanded to provide a full suite of letting services too with Helen, Nick's sister, and Charlotte, Nick's partner at the helm. A real family affair!

From a team of just two, the company has grown significantly in recent years to boast a superb team of local property experts. In 2021 we expanded further with a now well established and very successful office in Sunninghill, Ascot, allowing us to help even more people with their home moves.
