The iconic canal basin is a magnificent feature in the centre of the town from which there are glorious views along the River Severn. The nearby Hartlebury Common also provides wonderful walking opportunities.

The major Wyre Forest town of Kidderminster is just over 2 miles and the town benefits from a mainline railway station with connections to Birmingham, London and Worcester.

There is good M5 motorway access via junctions 3 at Quinton, junction 4 at Lydiate Ash and junction 5 at Wychbold.

DESCRIPTION This well presented and improved mid terrace house was constructed in approximately 1990/1991. There have been some significant improvements to the house within the period of the last few years including the fabulous, refitted kitchen and a new boiler which was installed in 2024. The double-glazed accommodation provides good-sized well-proportioned rooms.

The house is approached by an entrance porch leading through to a splendid lounge with fabulous shelving to one wall incorporating a supremely attractive log affect electric fire. The lounge leads directly into the dining kitchen which was refitted in November 2024.

The dining kitchen features an extensive range of wall and floor mounted cabinets with striking matching wall and floor tiling, four ring gas hob with extractor over, fitted combination microwave oven and separate oven beneath, integral fridge/freezer and plumbing for dishwasher. There are ceiling spotlighting and twin double-glazed French doors to the rear garden.

The first floor is served by a central landing with fitted linen cupboard.

There are two double bedrooms, both with a range of fitted mirror fronted wardrobe cupboards. The master has an en-suite shower room with twin head shower and there is a nicely appointed separate family bathroom with separate grey shower cubicle, again with a twin head shower.

OUTSIDE The front of the house has tarmacadam providing parking for several cars.

The rear landscaped garden is a very attractive feature of this lovely home. It incorporates a rear timber deck with astro turf and well stocked shaped bed with a variety of plants and shrubs.

The immediate part of the garden is very nicely screened by contemporary timber fencing. At the rear of the garden is an excellent timber outbuilding/workshop with power and lighting and external power points.

A timber gate provides rear access to a communal path.
