We absolutely love our home. We moved into the street 6 years ago knowing that it was a nice quiet location but had no idea how friendly and supportive the community were. We have been so very lucky! From street parties for VE Day to neighbours putting our bins out, helping with Christmas lights and even walking our dog. This will be the hardest part about leaving our road is the wonderful neighbours we will leave behind.
We will also really miss our beautiful home of course. The house needed to be updated when we moved in which we did with a lot of love and attention to detail. There is plenty of space for the three children to grow and we love entertaining our friends and family regularly.
The location is ideal with Wellington college kilometre opposite connecting us to Edgbarrow secondary school, an outstanding primary school directly up dukes ride and our favourite part is the alley way which leads us to the Hive craft beer and U bakery. We have this as our stop off for a take away coffee on our way through to Ambarrow or Simons woods for a leisurely dog walk.
We also often go on bike rides together as we have the golf course and devils highway behind us which connects us to heath lake or Edgcumbe park which takes us through to Bucklers woods.
It is going to be very hard for us to say goodbye to such a special home and neighbourhood but the time is right for us to move on and we really hope the next owners will love it just as much as we have.

This house truly is in immaculate condition throughout with our seller having spent some serious time and money turning it into a stunning home. It sits in a fantastic position in one of Crowthorne's most sought after roads, if you are looking for a well proportioned and located, five bedroom home, then look no further. The way the house has been dressed and the excellent finish throughout, we the think this could be the perfect family home as it has been for our sellers who have summed up why not only is this a great house, but a great location too.

At the front of this home you are welcomed in by a bright and airy entrance hall with beautiful herringbone flooring running through most of the downstairs. This leads around to the left into the well finished cloakroom, with a large cupboard under the stairs but another which backs onto the garage. We think this could present an ideal opportunity to knock through into the garage to create another reception room. Moving towards the back of the house, you enter the our favourite part of the house downstairs, the open plan kitchen, dining and living area which again has been finished really nicely as you can tell from the details. The blue shaker style units contrast perfectly with the solid stone worktops and as you would expect you have all of the usual built in appliances with ample storage. It really is a great entertaining area and the entire space works well with living room which has a beautiful working log burner. You will also notice a separate room with double doors at the front which is could make an ideal work from home or playroom.

Upstairs there are five good size bedrooms, four of which are doubles, but the first thing you notice as you walk upstairs is the epic, open landing space with loads of natural light pouring through creating a real sense of space. The family bathroom has ben refitted as you can tell and has been finished to such a high standard, not only this but you have enough space for both shower and bath. The room we love the most upstairs has to be the master suite, not only is it a fantastic size with it's own wardrobe and dressing area, but the en suite shower room has again been done to such a high standard as you can tell from the details.

The rear garden is not only a great size, but extremely private which is rare to find, it's a great opportunity for someone who wants to put their own stamp on. To the front you have ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles and the internal double garage. Homes in this condition and this position rarely become available, this also has some great long term potential for extending (STP).

This is a great home with a lovely feel and could make a fantastic purchase for someone who is looking for something ready to move straight into. This really does have to be seen in person to appreciate how superb this home really is. We can't wait to take you on a tour.

This is such a fantastic location, conveniently just a few minutes walk away from Crowthorne train station which takes you into Reading and Guildford . Also transport links into London are within easy reach via the A329, M3 and M4. For convenience there is a parade of shops and restaurants including a post office, The Hive and U Bakery, which are extremely popular with the locals. Crowthorne's High Street is only less than a 5 minute drive away or a short walk and offers a huge variety of amenities, local businesses and there are two supermarkets to chose from. Fantastic parks and green spaces are all within walking distance for hiking/mountain biking with the likes of Simon's Woods, Swinley Forest and Buckler's Forest. This home falls under many of Crowthorne's local school catchments including the popular and Ofsted Outstanding Edgbarrow Secondary and a number of Primary Schools, all within walking distance.
