Agents Comment

This is a truly charming and spacious one double bedroom period apartment. It's located in a fantastic leafy part of Hereford within a lovely neighbourhood. I really like the feel of this area - its quite grand - yet only 3/4 mile from the Cathedral in central Hereford. The property has a lot of charm. The building entrance is lovely and features some nice detail, with an elegant stairway leading to the apartment on the first floor. When inside, the property feels elegant and has great views from the windows back and front. Surprisingly for a period property, the energy efficiency is very good - EPC: C and benefits from gas central heating, double glazing and good insulation. Its energy efficient and well within the governments latest criteria. In all, a really lovely and characterful property.
