Going up to the 1st floor from the external staircase (20 steps), we see that the entrance is decorated, left and right, with 2 pompous capitals which confirm the history of the property. Entering the interior, we find 1 small hall and in about 2 meters there is the largest hall where there are the 2 bathrooms directly opposite of it .
Moving on we find ourselves in the fairly spacious winter hall in which there is a large fireplace. The next place we see is the summer hall where the 5 meter high ceiling is decorated with gables. To the left and right of the hall, there are 2 more spacious bedrooms. Finally we find ourselves to its really imposing terrace in which we have unobstructed views of the entire old port of Spetses. Throughout the house there is period furniture (from 1700) where by arrangement some of them will remain on the property.
The plot is fenced with walls, following the old tradition of protecting the houses from pirates.
