Description

50% shared ownership property with potential to purchase 100% ownership - three bedroom semi-detached modern home in Beeston, close to Bunbury and Tarporley, with ample parking and landscaped garden
Comment from Oliver Weston of Gascoigne Halman

It is very rare that people get the opportunity to move to such a popular area at such a great price but thanks to the help to buy shared ownership scheme connected with this home, Pinewood Cottage offers just that. There are further details relating to this found in the affordability scheme section below.
The home has been well maintained by its sole owner who has also done numerous improvements with a heavy focus being put on improving the outdoor areas which can easily be appreciated upon visiting the house.

Internally the home has plenty to offer with the ground floor providing a spacious living room to the front and fully fitted kitchen to the rear in addition to an under stairs cupboard for storage and a cloakroom. On the first floor can be found two double bedrooms and a third single bedroom perfect for either a child¿s room or home office, all of which are served by the fully fitted bathroom which includes an above bath shower fixing.

The rear garden has been thoughtfully landscaped to make an enjoyable yet easily maintained space. The double doors from the kitchen open on to a paved patio area leading to a raised artificial grass lawn and timber decking area perfect for entertaining through the summer months.

Outdoor storage is well catered for thanks to the large lean to shed running along the side of the house. There are an additional two parking spaces to the rear of the property whilst at the front, what was once the front garden has been cleverly re-purposed as a gravel driveway and now offers plenty of off-road parking and a private entrance to the property.

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or a member of the team at the Tarporley office.
