Found in the heart of Cala Vinyes, gently sitting on a slope descending toward the sea, in a setting where Mediterranean vegetation and light shape the landscape.

The project turns the landscape into an active element of architecture, not as decoration, but as a true extension of the living space. With a built area of over 1,000 m² on a plot of almost 1,800 m². The lines of this property are sober, the volumes adapt to the terrain, and the materials — stone, wood, and metal — establish a balanced dialogue with the surroundings.

Far from being a secondary space, the basement is conceived as an active, versatile floor fully integrated into domestic life. It houses a naturally ventilated gym, a spacious and flexible playroom, a cinema room, a wine cellar, a garage with a turntable, a sauna, a hammam, and the pool. Every space has been designed with comfort and atmosphere in mind: textures, carefully considered lighting, and a fluid connection to the rest of the house consolidate an interior retreat that responds to multiple ways of living.

The ground floor is conceived as the social heart of the house: an open, fluid, and welcoming space for daily activities. Living room, kitchen, and dining are integrated in a continuous sequence with no visual barriers, encouraging interaction, communication, and visual openness. Large glass openings connect interior and exterior, blurring physical boundaries and letting natural light and the coastal landscape deeply penetrate the home.

The most intimate rooms of the house have been carefully laid out to ensure maximum privacy, peace, and comfort. This floor is conceived as a haven, where the pace of the home slows, and architecture becomes a refuge.

On the rooftop, the home culminates with a series of outdoor spaces designed for rest, leisure, and contemplation. These outdoor spaces are not merely functional—solarium, chill-out, lounge, BBQ, jacuzzi—but genuine contemplative settings. They invite stillness, deep breathing, and slow living, in tune with the radiant Mediterranean pace. An open, calm, and silent finale that sums up the project’s essence.

An elevator serves all levels from the basement to rooftop terrace, which is quite unique.
