*"From the moment we moved in, it just felt like home. Everything was brand new, so we could simply unpack and enjoy it — and years later, it still feels as fresh and solid as the day we got the keys.

It’s a really comfortable place to live all year round — underfloor heating keeps it cosy in winter, and it stays naturally cool in summer. It’s quiet, energy efficient, and easy to run.

As dog owners, we couldn’t have asked for better. The private, secure garden has been ideal, and having Arrandene Open Space and Mill Hill Park nearby has made daily walks a joy.

We’ve loved having our own entrance — no shared hallways, no noise, just that house-like feeling of privacy and independence.

Two bathrooms have made life easy when friends or family stay, and there’s always free parking outside with the 240 bus and Mill Hill Broadway station close by. The cafés, shops and restaurants on the Broadway have been another big plus.

It’s peaceful, friendly, and perfectly placed between nature and the city — and with west-facing sunsets across the garden each evening, it’s been such a happy home. Whoever moves in next, we’re sure they’ll feel it straight away — just like we did."*
