A fantastic two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment with sea views and access to three communal swimming pools on a popular urbanisation in Xeresa.

A lift takes us down where we find the entrance of the property. Passing through the door we are met with a very large terrace (35m²) with great views across the valley and towards the sea and here you have the room to entertain family and friends on a warm summer evening. From here we are led to the bright lounge and dining area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar. Next, we find a good-sized double bedroom, which has access to the patio and benefits from an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second double bedroom also benefits from an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. You can access the patio from this bedroom as well.
