Hi, I’m Hebe, and I’m the founder of Ramsden Riddell.

I started Ramsden Riddell to create a more personal, bespoke and considered approach to estate agency. Focusing on connection, quality, and trust.

The name Ramsden Riddell is a very personal one, it’s taken from my two grandmothers it felt right to honour them through something I care deeply about.

We only take on a small number of gorgeous homes at a time so we can offer our clients a truly bespoke, tailor made, one-to-one service. It’s about understanding not just the property, but remembering that there are people at the heart of this.

I worked in London for 10 years, first with a large corporate agency, which gave me a solid grounding in the industry, and later moved to a smaller, independent agency here in the Cotswolds. I’m genuinely grateful to both experiences. They each taught me different things and ultimately gave me the confidence to build something of my own.

I have a real love for Cotswold stone houses. Those timeless homes full of charm and character. No two are the same. It’s important to me that we only represent properties we truly admire and believe in.

Moving home is one of the biggest and often most emotional decisions you can make. I want that experience to feel calm, thoughtful, and considered. Not just listing a property, but presenting it with story, meaning and exceptional imagery and videography.

Outside of work, I’m a para dressage rider and I’m currently training with the hope of representing Great Britain internationally. It’s a huge part of who I am. Discipline, grit, patience and passion all carry through into the way I work.
