This purpose-built block of flats was built in the late 1980s, and benefits from a sense of peace awarding with mature trees that surround the development. The location is well-connected to the rest of the city but feels like a quiet suburb, it's the best of both worlds! On entering the flat there is a hallway with space for shoes and coats and the storage cupboard with heating system. At the end of the hallway there is the main living area to the left and the bedroom to the right. From here light shines through from one side of the home to the other and the leafy views from the windows on both sides of the property give the home a tranquil feeling. The living/dining room is used for socialising and relaxing and also has a work from home office space. The kitchen leads off from this space, and has been renovated by the current owners, so it's in great condition and has wall-mounted open shelving for extra storage and displaying crockery and pantry items.

Downstairs there is a secure bin and bike store with shared access for the other flat owners.

Living in Eastville

Clay Bottom is a residential road in Rose Green in Eastville, a popular suburb in East Bristol made up of 1930’s semi-detached homes backing onto allotments, a nature reserve and is adjacent to large green spaces, such as Greenbank Cemetery and Eastville Park. This property is within reach of all Bristol City Centre has to offer, with frequent bus services running nearby and Stapleton Road train station a short walk. In the immediate location, there is a diverse range of leisure activities, food & music festivals, bars, restaurants and shops. St Mark’s Road nearby offers the famous Sweet Mart and Thali Café, whilst into Greenbank there is The Greenbank Pub and Este’s Kitchen. Fishponds has Fed, Snuffy Jack’s Ale House and The Crafty Egg, whilst St Werburghs is also just a 25-minute walk, with some fantastic restaurants, cafés and bars such as Napolita, St Werburghs City Farm, Namak, alongside Wiper and True Tap Bar.
