The sandy beaches of the north coast are right on your doorstep, with Buonfornello and Campofelice only twenty minutes away and Cefalù half an hour. The stunning wilderness of the Madonie Natural Park opens up directly to the east, and Palermo, Catania and Agrigento are all less than a 90 minute drive away.
The village itself, although a small community of about 600 residents, has everything you might need on a day-to-day basis, including a convenience store, bar, pub and pizzeria.
IN GREAT CONDITION AND READY TO USE
As well as the location and the spacious gardens, we can highly recommend this attractive country cottage for the excellent condition in which it is presented. Other than some cosmetic touch-ups and perhaps a bit of recommendation if you choose, there is no work to do on Casa Rosa Maria, which could certainly be inhabited from the very moment of sale.
