"Ideal for anyone who loves nature; the nearby woodland path leads to the beautiful Fox Hill woodland - ideal for joggers, children's nature trails, and winding down after a hectic day. The new owners can enjoy walks to Ye Olde Leathern Bottel in 25 minutes, and The Walters Arms in around 45 minutes - we're thinking of long, lazy Sunday lunches, with no worries about getting home safely (as long as you make it home before dark!).

If you own a dog, of course, you're not likely to find a better pooch paradise. It's less than 20ft to the woodland - with 34 acres of sniffs and fun, your dog would possibly be the luckiest soul for many miles around! Cats, of course, will be in their element in those woods...
