"We were so happy to find this unique flat. It's been fun creating our own hygge hq. We love taking in the views from the Juliet balcony while enjoying pastries from Bristol Loaf, which is dangerously close!"

The Home

This one bedroom apartment is beautifully presented throughout and is ready to move straight into. As you enter the home there is a small cloakroom area and stairs leading up to the living area. At the top of the stairs is a spacious landing, to the right is the bedroom, ahead is the living room and kitchen area and to the left is the bathroom and a built-in storage cupboard and utility area. The bedroom is generously-sized and is decorated to a high standard. The open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen is the heart of the home, there is a window and Juliet balcony providing a great view. The kitchen is a good size and is well-equipped and the space feels sociable and welcoming, there is a dining area and clearly defined zones to the space. The sofa side of this large space still feels cosy and comfortable as the space is zoned very effectively. The bathroom is a great size with separate shower and bath and a skylight letting in plenty of natural light.
Downstairs in the main entranceway there is plenty of space for bikes for each of the flat owners, there are three flats in this block that share this space.

Living in St George

Mary Street is situated just off Church Road and sits in between Redfield and St George, this is a really desirable location with so much on your doorstop but the small quiet road benefits from a sense of peace and privacy. St George’s Park is close by and is one of the city’s most popular green spaces providing a kids play area, tennis courts, a cafe, a skate park, and a lake. St George has many exciting independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, including to the very popular Poco Deli, Red Church and Orchard Café. On from this, the much loved Bristol Loaf and The Lock-Up are staples in this community. The shops and cafes of Kingswood are also easily accessible via the Two Mile Hill Road. There are several well-regarded schools in the area, meaning this is a popular area with families. For commuters, it is a short journey into Bristol City Centre by bus, bike or car, whilst also being just a short drive from Bath and the motorway networks as well. From this side of the City Centre, Bristol Temple Meads is just a short journey away.
