Planning permission granted for a self-build three storey detached home, with a 31 square metre roof terrace and fantastic views. The plot measures approximately 168 square metres, with the house measuring 156 square metres. The approved design is for a sustainable build U-value home, built to passive standards, with an airtight low-carbon construction, solar PV and a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery.

Large windows throughout the home have been approved on the design, considering the fantastic views and bringing light throughout the house. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study and a utility room, with three metre ceilings to the first floor.
