A staircase ascends from the main landing to a further bedroom which occupies the full width of the property, has two windows, an air conditioning unit along with a shallow vaulted ceiling with slightly restricted head heights.

The small rear courtyard has a side pedestrian access from Norfolk Terrace and beyond is a covered storage area which has a WC, these two spaces again could be combined to create a larger outside space or possibly the latter might be used to create further living space. Of particular note, and rare for this area is that there is a single garage and could be very attractive for those who wish to garage a car and indeed for those looking for an EV point.

The property, which can be seen in greater detail on the attached floorplans might now benefit from some improvement, has a gas fired central heating system in situ and has attractive unique accommodation over four levels.
