A graveled front garden enclosed by low brick walling, with side gate to rear garden with a single sectional garage. The garage serves as a secure bike shed, has rear lane access and electric power and lighting. There are two patio areas and a small lawn. There is also garden equipment in the garage and security lights on the back of the house and side of the garage.
