A paved patio by the house has space for tables and chairs for al fresco dining and entertaining and leads to a lawn with a range of mature trees inset, and shrub and flower beds. There is a door into the garage. At the bottom of the garden there is a pond and a further seating area. There are raised vegetable beds and two timber sheds for storage. Gated access leads to the front of the property and the driveway.

The property is conveniently situated in the Old Town within 10 minutes’ walk of the High Street and local amenities and 1.7 miles from the mainline railway station which has direct trains to Kings Cross. Secondary schools include The Thomas Alleyne Academy is 1.3 miles away, The Saint John Henry Newman Catholic School is 1.6 miles and Barclay Academy is 0.7 miles away and all have Good Ofsted ratings.
