Built to the hugely popular Tilston design that incorporates two reception rooms in addition to a good size breakfast kitchen, a four bedroom house with garage on a notably large landscaped plot.
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

This new build detached house sits on a particularly well sized landscaped plot that belies many of the general assumptions about gardens in new build homes.
This new build freehold detached house farms part of phase three on The Old Cattle Market, which is the penultimate offering on this multi acre site that has an unusually large amount of green space and excellent attention to detail both in internal and external finished. It has been constructed by Eaton Homes, an award winning company founded by David Thompson, an experienced and well regarded craftsman with a vision for excellence in all aspects of development. The house benefits from eleven years of structural warranty, has excellent levels of insulation, an above national average energy efficiency, landscaped garden, driveway and garage.

This Tilston design house really maximises the space on offer, with the ground floor having two reception rooms in addition to a breakfast kitchen. With four bedrooms an en suite and bathroom, this is a great home for both growing families or those looking to downsize.

Beeston is one of the best locations you can choose if you want to combine five minute driving proximity to Tarporley with some of the best walks you could want amidst Cheshire¿s beautiful countryside.

About Eaton Homes and the Development

Based in the heart of Cheshire, the award winning Eaton Homes is the vision of craftsman David Thompson, with the aim of creating bespoke housing developments in and around the villages of Central and South Cheshire. Eaton Homes strive to provide the best in modern house building, and pride themselves in personal and impeccable customer service.

In total, 84 units will be built on the site and comprise a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom houses, as well as some one bedroom apartments. There is lots of green space, including an outdoor playing area for use by residents and family members. The ethos of the company is that homes are much more than a roof with fixtures and fittings.
