On the south side of the apartment, the gardens are fully landscaped while a spacious lawn with paths leads from the balconies to the raised pool area. There is also a shower by the pool.
The 36m2 shared swimming pool is well taken care of and always has sun on it as it is facing south. The pool is surrounded by another lawn and by some tropical trees and flowers.
There is an extra parking area on the side of the pool which gets access via a path coming directly from the main road.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Tavronitis village and within just a couple of minutes walking from every day amenities such as super market, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes, local transportation and many more.
The beach of Tavronitis is peaceful, stretches all the way until Kolymbari and is just a 10-minute walk away from the property.
For more amenities, the town of Kolymbari is a 5-minute drive and offers extra amenities such as post office, schools, shops, harbor, hair dresser, dentist, accountant and even a local market every Friday morning.
