    I've never had any major problems to deal with but small issues get dealt promptly

    Love the events the staff host were you get to meet your neighbors

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The staff at The Trilogy, especially the receptionists are incredibly friendly. They are always there to help and have a chat. My neighbours are also very nice. The location is perfect and the decor of the building is amazing.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The maintenance staff have dealt with any problems amazingly, they are always instantly there. I had an issue with my floor and it was fixed quickly and is now in working order and looks great.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Everything I needed to know was told to me in my induction.

    Local shops, close to city centre, close to tram stop, nice walks along river and canal, lots of life with lots of people in the area

    Constant communication. Maintenance issues dealt with quickly.

    Events organised by the team here means it is easy to meet people

    Local co-op is great to have. cornbrook tram stop is also super convenient. Elliot’s lil cafe just before the cornbrook tram stop is also really nice in the mornings

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Haven’t raised any problems or issues. but if I had one, the old building app used to send email notifications if someone was selling something, now I never see them anymore so that’s a shame because I’m not on the new app often to check the board (even though I know there is a page for it)

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Nothing that I can think of. My friends lived here already and I Moved in after so already knew what it was like.

    Super friendly staff. Good coffee machine. Reasonable gym. Would be better if there were more dumbbells with higher weights in the gym.

    Responsive to issues raised and deal with issues well.

    The events hosted by the building are good fun. Good sun exposure.
