A refreshing air, scented with damp earth and wildflowers, envelops us immediately, almost a prelude to what we are about to discover. We are here, in the heart of the UNESCO hills of Refrontolo, a place that promises peace and beauty, and the promise becomes vivid right away.

The house reveals itself to our sight, nestled into the hill like a natural refuge. The idea that it is entirely carved inside immediately arouses our curiosity, imagining the sensation of being able to enter into intimate contact with the earth.

Upon entering, natural light floods the spaces through the large windows, illuminating a spacious and inviting living room, with a designer fireplace that catches the eye. We can already visualize convivial evenings, the crackling of the fire creating a relaxing atmosphere. The adjacent dining room seems ready to host moments of sharing, while the modern kitchen invites the preparation of delicious dinners.

As we move through the spaces, we notice the attention to detail, the understated elegance of the finishes. The bedrooms appear large and bright, promising rest and tranquility. The bathrooms, functional and well-lit, speak of everyday comfort.

We perceive a pleasant warmth rising from the floor, thanks to the heat pump heating. We think of the comfort of walking barefoot in every season. The idea of always fresh and clean air, ensured by the recirculation system, makes us feel in a healthy environment.

The entire property develops on a single level and each room opens onto the large 134 sqm terrace, which gives us an intense emotion. Just one step outside and the wide panorama unfolds before us, in a succession of sinuous hills and orderly vineyards that fade into the horizon - it's easy to understand the value of the UNESCO recognition. We imagine the evenings here, with the warm light of the sunset caressing the vineyards and the scent of flowers rising from the valley.

At the end of the visit, the garden surprises us with its lush expanse, about 1000 sqm. A space for moments of relaxation on the sunbathing patio or in the shade of the trees and perhaps even for an outdoor lunch in good company. With a refreshing finale in the panoramic pool, an inviting body of water nestled in the greenery: immersed and feeling the gentle breeze on the skin, the gaze can wander infinitely over the surrounding landscape.
