This has been our lovely family home for the past few years, we love the flow of the downstairs that leads right out into the garden. The house has a great amount of extra storage and we’ve recently converted part of the garage to give us an extra room- it’s our home office during the week and extra living space at the weekend! We love the location as it’s a great walk to all the local amenities Binfield has to offer.

This home ticks so many boxes for families. You enter into a welcoming hallway with access to the bright and spacious living room including a beautiful bay window that lets in lots of natural light. The kitchen dining room is ideal for entertaining, with lots of storage and built in appliances, generous work surfaces, and room for a large dining table. There is also a good sized downstairs WC. There are then French doors open out onto the garden, that has a patio area and there is a decking area behind the garage which is positioned perfectly for the afternoon sun.

Upstairs, the first floor has three bedrooms and a family bathroom. On the top floor, you'll find a spacious master bedroom complete with built-in storage and an ensuite. The garage has also been partially converted into a home office, while still having storage to the front along with driveway parking for two cars. There is also the added benefit of an electric charging point already installed.
