Description
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman
This is a hugely appealing buying opportunity, being offered with no ongoing chain and having not only extensive potential, but also a fabulous garden, with the overall plot extending to 0.18 acre. There is not only a large formal garden but also ample off road parking.
The house is one of great character and has been extended in the past, with the overall size being just a little under 1200 square feet.
The kitchen is relatively modern and unusually for a house of this style there ia ground floor bedroom and en-suite shower room. This room could of course be repurposed as home office or snug if required.
Housed in the original part of the cottage there is a lounge, dining room and snug on the ground floor and two double bedrooms, a notably large bathroom and landing on the first floor. Please note there is a small area of flying freehold where the landing area, extends over the neighbours property.
So this is a house of flexibility and appeal but really the key thing to capture is what this house could become, with their being significant potential to enhance and develop. The price has been deliberately set at a competitive level to attract market attention and there is no ongoing chain.
