The partnership team is made up of Darrell Litchfield, Rob Mackay, Steve Harnett, Garry Almrott and Danny Wynyard Wright combining 100 years of estate agency experience – with a true belief in good old fashioned agency principles – personal, professional service backed up by modern innovative technology and state of art IT solutions.

The Partnership has strong local ties with High Wycombe and the surrounding area, all living in or very close to the town they love, a town of which they are extremely proud – the company, The Wye Partnership takes its name from the Wye River, which runs through the centre of High Wycombe. The river runs from high in the Chiltern Hills, through Wycombe on its way to Bourne End where it meets the River Thames, on the reach above Cookham Lock. High Wycombe is reputed to have derived its name from the river.
