Boho 4 (Gibson House) is located on the corner of Gosford Street and Cleveland Street.

The building is Grade II listed and was originally built for the National Provincial Bank and was converted into a private members club in the 1930s. The building was refurbished into a business centre and branded Boho 4 in 2012.

It is within the Middlesbrough Development Corporation Area and close to Middlesbrough rail station and the nationally recognized Digital business cluster.
