We feel very lucky to have lived in this house for the past 12 years. We love the way the sun pours into the front of the house in the mornings and being able to look out over the fields opposite. The very private rear garden benefits from sun most of the day, right up until sunset, with the patio being a real suntrap. We've enjoyed hosting many garden parties over the years. The house itself comprises flexible space for both formal and informal entertaining, with the garden room being especially useful when the grandchildren come to visit.
Wokingham town centre is walking distance away, as is the station. In the other direction is California Crossroads with a range of shops and the excellent doctors surgery. One of the main things about the house that we have appreciated is the amount of storage and wealth of wardrobes.
We've made good friends of our neighbours and will have many happy memories of living here. We always love coming home to this house.

This home sits tucked back off of Finchampstead Road overlooking fields to the front. It is just a stones throw away from the popular California Country Park and FBC Centre. Also a short walk away you have some great local amenities including the Co-op, pharmacy and post office not to mention fantastic restaurants. It also falls within many of the areas popular local school catchments such as Nine Mile Ride & Gorse Rise Primary and Bohunt Secondary Schools. If you're looking for some open green space to explore or take your dog for a walk, you've got some great choices locally such as Simons Wood and as we've already mentioned the FBC Centre and California Country Park which both have fantastic playparks and cafes too. Wokingham Town Centre and Train Station is also a short distance away, having recently been redeveloped it really is a great place to go with plenty of well known and independent retailers. You also have some fantastic transport links into London with easy access onto the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
