The house is situated just a 5-minute drive to Albox where all major shops, supermarkets, banks, bakers, schools, medical center, etc. can be found. The beautiful beaches of Almeria are a 30-minute drive away.
There is ample parking for customers in front of the house. First there is the apartment: GRANADA: In the hall there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a bathroom with shower en suite and a patio door to a terrace in front of the house. There is an office that can be converted into a bedroom. There is a storage room where the 100 ltr hot water boiler is. From the hall there is access to the large dining room with wood burner and a fully equipped kitchen and patio doors to a large terrace at the side of the house. From the dining room there is the living room with wood burning stove and next to it is a large air-conditioned bedroom with a bathroom with shower en suite. Next to GRANADA there is the LAVADERO (laundry room) where a staircase leads to the laundry room with a storage room. Next to LAVADERO there is CASITA. CASITA is currently used as a private residence. From a large terrace in front of the entrance, the front door leads to the air-conditioned living-bedroom with next to it the fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom with shower en suite. A beautiful tiled staircase next to the house leads to the front of the house with a huge terrace with cozy sitting areas and a pergola with great views of the area. From the terrace are the other 3 apartments. PAPAYA: the front door leads to the living room with a ceiling fan and with a fully fitted kitchen. A hallway leads to two double bedrooms and a family shower room. Next to PAPAYA is the entrance to OLIVA and CEREZA. The front door leads into a hall with OLIVA on the left: a fully fitted kitchen and dining room with an air-conditioned bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Back in the hall is the next apartment CEREZA: an open plan fitted kitchen with living room with wood burning stove and next to it is the bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower en suite. At the end of the hall at the entrance there is another large storage space.
In front of the last 3 apartments is a beautifully landscaped terrace with views over the area and there is also a beautiful pergola. There are various seating areas and terraces throughout the site from where there are views. There are also different olive-almond and (fruit) trees on the entire site. The pool area is an oasis of calm. A very nice private area where you can enjoy the peace and the environment.
The house is very well maintained so that the buyer can move in immediately and continue the activities immediately if desired. Every detail has been taken into account in terms of style of the home and the decoration both inside and outside the home.
