When I first viewed this property, I was blown away by the peaceful tranquil location, all the while being close to the village with a huge array of amenities. I knew there and then this would make the ideal home and it hasn’t disappointed!

My home nestles in a fabulous market town offering everything you could want on the doorstep as well as an amazing community feel. Within a minutes’ walk you will find the doctors, dentist. bakery, hardware store, grocery shops & hairdressers. There are restaurants, cafes and an array of local pubs. You will find countryside walks on the doorstep, Potton Brook, as well as a RSPB Lodge nature reserve within around an 8-minute drive. We also have Biggleswade within a few miles drive. We are in the catchment area to good local schools approximately 0.3 miles away. This area really does have it all & it must be seen to be appreciated.
Agents opinion - When I first viewed this property I was blown away by the location being a stones throw from the market town which offers so much right on the doorstep! This home is a blank canvas ready for the next family to move in and add their own design – there are three primary schools within close proximity and two stations a short drive away. The walled garden is beautiful, and the allocated parking secure what more could you want!!
